RMC (Ready Mix Concrete)

A Batching Plant is an assembly of equipments that combines various ingredients to form concrete. The inputs which need to form concrete include water, air, admixtures, sand, aggregates like rocks gravel, etc.

Also, it includes Fly Ash, Silica Fumes, Slag and Cement.

Batching Plant its an assembly unit of Bins, Conveyers, and Weighing Equipments arranged for the purpose of weighing the materials entering into batch of concrete.

There are various types of Batching Plants per the client requirements which are as follows :
i. Stationary Concrete Plant
ii. Mobile Concrete Plant
iii. Transit Mixers
iv. Wet Mix Concrete Plant.

Batching of the output concrete can be done by two methods which are Volume Batching and Weight Batching. Batching should be done properly to get quality Concrete Mix.

Based on the quantity of Concrete produced by Batching Plant per hour, The unit with which it is measured is cubic meter per hour (cum/hr).

We provide batching plant along with all the equipments with the minimum production capacity of 30 cum/hr which goes all the way along with additional equipments of maximum capacity of 120 cum/hr according client’s requirement available on rent and purchase as well.
